Nikhil is an LnD (Learning and Development) & OD (Organizational Development) leader who has been instrumental in the transformation of numerous companies like GE, Flipkart, Wipro among others. With over 16 years of industry experience in various leadership roles, he has executed award-winning large scale global projects across industries, such as e-commerce, supply chain, healthcare, BFSI, IT & Telecom with CXO level engagement.
Nikhil has worked extensively across various functional roles with a focus on business growth by leveraging people capabilities, end-user experience and technology. He has also collaborated with global teams in diverse areas including L&D programs for capability building, culture & values, interpersonal & behavioural skills, mindfulness & more.
With many coveted awards under his belt, including HR 40 Under 40, 100 Top Global Training & Development Minds: World HRD Congress and Iconic IDC Insights Award, to name a few, he is a certified people transformation coach, change & OD facilitator, CBT & REBT practitioner.
An ardent exponent of mindfulness, emotional intelligence & empathetic communication, Nikhil founded Mindwize and also serves as the CEO / Co-Founder of Mindfulness Center of Excellence. Additionally, he also mentors Ikeenacademy as it's Chief Advisor.
